Service is almost nonexistent
This unit broke after just a week. It’s been two months now are it is still broken. I used to think that LG made great appliances. But not anymore more. Their service is just very poor. Impossible to talk to a human being.

Short life range
I bought this stove less than three years ago and I am having issues with it staying hot. The oven will say it is on but will leave what is inside it in cooked. I have to check it every 5-10 minutes to cook anything, so I called for repair. My mom had the exact same stove but the gas version from 2 years ago and had the exact same issue. They said because it was out of warranty I had to pay for repair, but given we had the same issue on a very new oven, I suspect that it is not related to my use of the range.
