New LG granite machines
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my new machines up and running for about a month and they work great. Love the look of them and how quite they perform. Only issue I have is I wish it had a de wrinkle cycle as I do not iron and instead use the dryer for this. Otherwise they perform beautifully and would definitely recommend.

These washers are trash
I will never EVER purchase another LG product ever again. Their products are pure trash. This washer puts holes in my clothes and it is banked too steeply inside and it causes all my clothes, jeans, t-shirts, bedding, everything to twist into a rope and mangles everything. I've been using front loaders for decades and never had this problem before this washer. Pure trash.

Love it!
I bought this 2 and a half years ago never had an issue still working as it was brand new. I absolutely love it and being able to control it with my phone also getting alerts when the load is done because I’m always forgetting so that helps a lot. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS WASHER ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. SO FAR OPERATING HAD BEEN EASY. CLOTHES COME OUT CLEAN. HAVEN'T USED ALL THE CYCLES YET-JUST REGULAR AND BEDDING. THE AREA WITH THE CYCLE INFORMATION COULD BE A LITTLE BRIGHTER-MAYBE SOME BACK LIGHTING.
