Everyone needs a pedestal
We had pedestals on our last washer, they didn’t have any in stock when we got the machine. It turns out we need them, we ordered online it came by truck. Very painless and reasonably quick shipping.

Not Tall Enough
I just purchased these and sadly they are not tall enough for an average detergent bottle. Everything has to be laid on its side. Very disappointing you would think they would design these two inches taller to accomplish laundry detergent

Nice Compact Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few weeks ago and really like the design and ability to do multiple loads concurrently. Only drawback is that it does not connect to Wi-Fi like my washer via ThinQ.

No hardware
LG sent the pedestal without the hardware needed to attach it to the washer. Called LG, they never sent it.
Don’t buy the new big 9.0 cubic ft washer and dryer, nothing but issues since day one, had service guy come out within 1 week of purchase.
