Extreme vibration and bouncing
Bought this washer (along with the heat-pump dryer) a few months ago. We have it in the laundry room on a wood floor. Vibration during the spin cycle is extrem, even if change it to medium to low spin. Washer is properly levelled. Used vibration pads but didn't help much. Placed an additional 3/4" plywood and rubber mat, still vibrating extensively. Other parts of the house even vibrate. Sometimes the washer is extensively bouncing. Wondering if this is due to the small compact size of the washer?

STRONG VIBRATIONS. Cheap tool. ThinQ not useful.
This machine is significantly louder than the machine it replace on spin cycle. The spin cycle of a Normal cycle is set to high. The whole house is shaking now. I set the spin cycle to medium. It still shake. I installed it properly, all levelled. Took 4 hours because the metal tool LG provide is *very* cheap and broke while adjusting the feet. Connecting to ThinQ app is also long and tedious. The value for connecting to the app is near null. Remote start requires holding an obscure button 3 seconds every time.

Wash okay but spin cycle is extremely loud
Bought this washer to replace my 10 year old washing machine. Machine washes fine but the spin cycle is extremely loud, much louder than the old washing machine I replaced. Tried on various cycles and they are all like that. Not sure if this machine is just loud on the spin cycle or if my brand new washer is having issues
