Starting to rip
I bought these Levolor roller blinds to replace my older Levelor roller blinds, hoping they would be as good as the older blinds. I also thought Levelor could be a trusted brand. I have only owned these blinds for 9 months and now an opening/crack can be seen along the molded seam above the pull bar. I have now placed a piece of tape over that area, hoping it would not rip any larger when I have to pull on the bar to get it to roll up. I am so disappointed as I expected them to last longer without damage than the 9 months I have owned them.

Toujours brisé
Malgré que la toile reste belle, la durée de vie du mécanisme à ressort est de très courte durée. J'ai fait l'erreur de racheter des toiles après que celles-ci aient brisées mais moins d'un an plus tard, le mécanisme cesse de fonctionner ou bloque. Le service à la clientèle avant le rachat par une autre compagnie était bon mais depuis, ils refusent d'honorer la garantie sans le reçu de caisse. Ce qui est très dommage c'est que j'ai des toiles bonne pour les ordures car il semble impossible de les réparer.

Mehanism broke after 4 months...
Très déçue, basse qualité pour un prix relativement élevé. Incapable de l’enrouler après 4 mois d’usage normal, dans une chambre peu utilisée en plus. Won’t buy Levolor anymore.
