You need to take care of it (wood countertop comes with more maintenance than stratified countertop for example)

Acacia countertop
The product came in great condition, but unfortunately they decided to use tape to hold the product description on, which is completely unnecessary. After reading the first review, I tried to carefully peel the tape off, but to no avail. The tape actually peeled off part of the countertop, so I had to put that side down. It also scratches very easily. We knew this going in, as we are using it in our laundry room. 2 stars
