I have to pump and prime this dispenser to get the soap to up.
I am disappointed in the amount of times I have to pump for soap to dispense. Now the little plastic ring have fallen out from somewhere. I don't know where it goes. Can't find directions to put it back in place.

Kitchen sink soap dispenser
We have had our dispenser installed for almost 2 years and LOVED it, but it wont pump anymore. we have tried everything, but cannot get it to work. Ad says "for a lifetime of no worries" - nope. It is under warranty for 1 year. There is a reason for that.

pretty but wobbly
I like the simple, yet, elegant look of this soap dispenser and the fact that you can twist it any direction you would like. However, it is so wobbly and spins/moves without hardly touching it. It's super annoying and makes it seem cheaper than it was. Pretty disappointed. (we got two of them - one for the sink and one for the island and they both spin without hardly touching it)

This soap dispensor is so convenient to have!
I have always wanted a soap dispenser that was mounted into the sink and this one was the best addition to our new kitchen update. It matches our pull down faucet and is super convenient to have rather than a stand alone soap dispenser. It reduces clutter near the sink and the pump works great! You can wash your hands with ease and it doesn't leak at all like our stand alone soap dispenser was.
