The kit includes a Korky Plus flapper, a plastic flush valve and silicone sealant to repair corroded flush valve seal without removing your toilet tank. The engineered materials resist chlorine, bacteria, city water treatment, hard water, and well water. The silicone seals within 15 minutes. Includes a stainless steel chain.

Easy to install
It came as a total repair kit. I tried to buy only the part that I needed buI it failed to solve my problem. As total kit , it worked very nicely.
