Rated 2 out of 5 by MattD from Wish the quality was KOHLER [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had these faucets for a few years and the handles have started to stick, making it difficult to turn on/off. One handle has since broken so we’re down to one sink in a double vanity. We can see slight green (like copper) around the edges of the handles which indicates their is something deteriorating on the inside. This is not the Kohler I’m used to and have trusted in the past.

The faucets still work great and we reinstalled them after replacing the sinks and countertops. We did completely replace the drains, but originally ordered the wrong color the first time. Got it resolved and they look and work great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Duffy from Impossible to fix loose handles Two of these faucets were part of our new construction package and since day one all four handles have become loose. Kohler's customer service was top notch and sent replacement parts out but even with all new parts all four handles still loosen up. I will continue to buy Kohler as my whole house is Kohler and I have no other issues but will be replacing these two faucets with a different Kohler model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Socal from Leaked and handles wobbly Right handle extremely wobbly and continuous drip from day of install. Product comes with warranty covering cartridge replacement so they must know shoddy parts are being used. Stem "adapters" also used to attach handles which are flimsy plastic covers resulting in excessive play of the handles making them wobbly. Very disappointing quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by T63 from Beware brushed chrome finish Unknowingly purchased three of these in the discontinued polished chrome finish. Matching accesories impossible to find. Had I seen the finish before installation I would have returned. Finish looks cheap and spots constantly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kimmie Sue from Quality missing I love the style, but have had to replace parts and the added expense of plumber charges 5 times in 15 years.... that seems excessive. Kohler will replace the parts, but you still need a plumber, so the warranty pretty much is worthless. I expected so much more from Kohler

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bob from Product looks nothing like pictures. Chrome does NOT look like Polished Chrome, very dull and CHEAP LOOKING. Will probably end up replacing them as they look so cheap in remolded bathrooms.
