The only medicine cabinet that you cannot change the center door hinging on.
Our client bought this and is now screaming at us (somehow Kohler's design choice is our fault as a contractor) that she has to be "pinned against the wall" since the cabinet / door cannot be reversed. At the very least I would expect for there to then be a right hinged model. It is absolute design failures like this that make it hard to recommend products to clients. I should have had my guys in and out of this bathroom in 2 hours today with a check in hand, but instead we lost a days worth of earnings chasing down an issue that we had no part in creating.

Left light is out
My left side of the mirror led light has gone out.. the wire is still hot and connects no damage but the light is not working.. any suggestions or way to open mirror and change/ troubleshoot the led lights?

Adjustable magnifying mirror
After a few months the magnifying mirror does not stay in place. Other reviews mention the same. Looking for a fix. Disappointed that you have to take the doors off to adjust the shelves.

Hinge Adjustment issues
I love this cabinet. Purchased it w/o lights. However, after 17 months of use I cannot get the center door properly adjusted to close. I have re-read the installation info, worked on the adjustments, etc. It would be MOST helpful if the instructions tell you whether turning the screw in the center to move the door right or left needs to go clockwise for right etc. Also, I am wondering if I need to just take the door off and take the right and left screws out completely and start over. Just going nuts here. Also, the screws seem very tight......

Wiring for the lights is an issue for me as well
I love the mirror, but after 2 years, the insulation for the wiring on the left door has broken and the wiring is shorting out. Looking online for a replacement wiring harness has been fruitless, so I'm stuck with an expensive mirror where only 1 side lights up.
For the cost of the mirror, the wiring for the lights is extremely shoddy.

Love them so far
We just redid our master bath and had the contractor install both. They're beautiful but neither of them have a functioning adjustable mirror. I pull it to the height I want and it slides right back down. Am I doing something wrong?

Sidelight quit working after 2 1/2 years
I bought the 40 x33 verdera lighted mirror 2 1/2 years ago. The sidelight started flickering and then just quit working. Based on other reviews this sounds like a common problem and Koehler is not doing anything for there customers. I called 1-800 number and due to high call volumes they were unable to take my call and referred me to the website. I agree with other posts. Do not buy any of their mirrors. It was great while it worked, but terrible support.
