Description
This Transpose 2-piece toilet from Kohler features a clean design that matches classic and contemporary bathroom decors. Its Comfort Height bowl provides a chair-height seat that makes it easier to sit down on and stand up from. This toilet's Revolution 360 swirl flushing technology keeps the bowl cleaner for longer compared to traditional flushing systems. This model's installation process is easy, as it's sold as a Complete Solution kit that includes everything that you'll need: bowl, tank, seat, ring, and floor hardware. The standard left polished chrome trip lever is also included. Furthermore, this toilet uses 4.8 litres (1.28 US gallons) per flush and is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

- Sold separately 10-inch (5383-NA) and 14-inch (5381-NA) rough-in kits are also available - will work with existing toilet that is a standard 12-inch rough-in

Excellent Toilet
I’m installing 6 of these in my home and really like the excellent fit and finish. I was concerned about moving waste with low water but they work great.
Why has Kohler discontinued this model?

Stops up with any solids
Homeowner wanted to get top end, high quality toilet, and judging by price and the Kohler reputation, this model was chosen. Installed according to instructions. Very heavy and stable, but it has an odd diagonal internal drain from trap to flange. This part is much narrower than the rest of the system, and almost any solids will clog it. Customer reports clogging requiring multiple flushes and plunger at least half the time! I looked on this site to see if there is a workaround, but no luck. Quality is excellent. Design is terrible. No choice but to replace.

Disappointing !!!
Installed toilet only to find out at the end that the wrong tank was in to box. The Transpose tank according to instructions has 3 holes. The tank in the box has 2 holes and they do not even come close to lining up with holes on the base (base has 3 holes). I thought something was was not right when the tank did not include the slot for the cleaning tablet. Please see attached photos

Easy Installation.
Easy installation for someone who never has installed a toilet EVER before. Before putting on the toilet, pour water down the base to see if any leaks occur so you can stop and fix. I did that and no leaks occurred. The hardest part was getting the bolts through the tank to the bowl but necessarily so because it needs to be a tight seal. I had some help to push the bolts through and then anchor them with the bolt. SO much easier. Expect 30-45 minutes of install time for a thorough process. Cleaning this toilet is wow. I forgot where my rag went to clean it because it stays clean with the use of the tablets. Now, just as long as my kids don't throw any god-forsaken toys down it, I should be fine. ;)

Worst toilet to install ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have installed probably a dozen toilets and this is by far the worst to install. I own many Kohler products but I do not recommend this one. Stay away.

Kohler 2 piece elongated toilet
I bought two of these toilets two years ago and love it so much that I bought one for my daughter recently. It's easy to clean and great on flushing.
