Shower button broke and fell off
The pop-out button that is used to select the shower completely broke and fell off, and now does not attach other than rest in place. Now every time we use the shower and shut off the water, the force pops off the shower button. Very frustrating and no easy way to fix.

Show button sticks constantly!
Similar issue. Trim was part of new construction but shower button consistently sticks in 'shower' position necessitating removal to reset position. Product does not meet performance expectations.

Pretty, but not functional. Designed to fail
Pretty, but diverter button broke twice in two years. Once the button came off, the most recent time it got stuck in shower position and couldn’t be pulled out for a bath. I fully regret choosing this design. This style of button diverter is not functional. I have lived 46 years and never had a problem with a shower/tub diverter before anywhere I lived until this one.
