2/3 purchased were good.
These feel like solid quality and are really easy to install. Removed a couple of stars because one out of three purchased had a noticeable chip in the seat.
Rona was hesitant to take it back even though it was defective.
I did a 1:1 exchange and the new one also had a noticeable scratch in it but I kept it because it seemed unlikely Rona would take it back plus the screws worked properly (one of the plastic screw bolts that came with the chipped seat was wonky and wouldn’t stay in place).

Great toilet seat
This is well constructed and secured so does not require tightening the seat after several uses. The biscuit color looks like an off white or cream color was hoping it would match my older toilet but my toilet must not be biscuit color. I will be using it until find correct color of my toilet.

La qualité n’est plus la même
Après quelques années, le siège du même modèle devait être changé. Ça fait à peine 6 mois qu’on utilise le dernier acheté et il serait encore à remplacer. La peinture est usée à l’endroit où on l’ouvre et le produit nettoyant l’a taché.

I bought this for another bathroom after replacing the same style in the round seat shape. It replaced a plastic seat and was so easy to install, with no tools required! The classic design looks great with both toilets.
