Loose handle
We have had this for a couple of years, and the handle is loose. Tightened the set screw, but didn’t fix the problem. It seems loose behind the handle, but it doesn’t seem to pull off very easy, and I am concerned about breaking it. Is there a certain way to pull off the handle so that I can access the screw behind it and tighten it?

A beautiful and stylish addition to our new bathroom.
We bought this about two months ago and we love it. It looks great and is not at all complicated to get the temperature you want. Our contractor always recommends Kohler products for the style and look on the outside and the durability on the inside. Thank you for this quality product.

Handle Fell Off
As with other reviewers, the handle came loose after only 6 months of use and now after multiple repairs still falls off. Thankfully the heavy handle has not chipped my floor tile. Beautiful look but VERY DISAPPOINTED in quality.

Great products
I am licensed master plumber in NYC and I seen a few reviews on here with people Complaining the screws get loose
The problem is the plumber who installed should also use some thread lock paste. Even though it comes already on the screwes I still use it...and as a homeowner if they do get loose you can do it your self...very easy. I own the purist line on my entire bathroom and absolutely no issues

Purist lever handle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this product installed in two of our bathrooms. The one with the shower tub combo has been a problem within a year of professional installation. we've come to f=ind out that one of the set screws has corroded, frozen and broke in place. We nowonly have one functioning set screw and a loose lever handle.

Horrible
Same exact issue as all previous reviews... I am on my second lever... so disappointed. It’s only been 7-8 months of usage. Can’t believe I have to deal with this all over again.
