Water flow is great but it leaks like crazy at ball joint
Like others mine leaks non stop from ball joint, I have to be careful not to turn it or three leak off the back will shoot over my shower wall and hit the bathroom walls. Not hot.

Poor quality control - same issue as other reviews
Less than a month after installation, I'm seeing the same issue of water leaking from the ball joint that is reported in multiple other reviews. Kohler's customer service was great in quickly setting up a replacement, but now that I'm looking through the reviews I have minimal confidence in the integrity of this product.

Regret this buy
Installed this shower head in our new home build (by a plumber) --- it leaked substantially around the ball joint above the head. Got it replaced and the new one does exactly the same thing. This, and a couple of other problems has tested my confidence in Kohler products.

Amazing shower head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome shower head like a smooth water fall not like an old shower head hitting you with water very fast shower head is adjustable left,right, up and down only problem which I had using Teflon for the threads which I used quite a bit for no leaks but at the end it looks really nice
