They leak from the handle
I bought two of these last year and they both started leaking from the handle after about 6 months. Not an installation issue but just an inferior product.

Great manual bidet
This is our second Kohler manual bidet. We hope to always have one in our home. We bought our first at the beginning of the pandemic when there was a shortage of toilet paper. What a great purchase. We love it. It was a little hard to install. We're old and not bendy. For this second one we hired a plumber to install.

Excellent Bidet if you don't need one that heats
This is a great option in a bathroom where an electric outlet is not available for a Bidet that heats water etc. Fits perfectly on a Kohler toilet and is fairly easy to install (attaching the water hose to the Bidet did require very precise alignment).

Perfect for simple bidet. No power, No Problem.
Great buy. This item is perfect because we have no power buy the toilet and I wanted someone easy to install. This product was installed by a non plumber in 30 minutes. All you have to do is add a new T valve on the toilet tank, loosen two screws to swap out the seat, reinstall the seat, and the supply line. All done. Easy Peasy!!
