Well engineered mechanism
Bought this tub plug to satisfy the wife's colour scheme and what works best in the Kohler tub we bought.
Initial installation was not right by my contractor. After working with Kohler support (Great experience too!) i was able to snap in the product properly. Now, the product works very well.
Only reason for 4 stars is because this product seems over engineered. Generally, i was expecting a spring loaded plug.

Visually nice
I bought this for my n ew Kohler tub. Once you know how to use it, it works great. It doesn't have any visual directions on it so after the plumber first installed it, we were trying to use it as a pop-up like our other drains which was wrong, finally figured out it was a twist on the top overflow piece but with no arrows on the item when we twisted each way it actually just fell off. Not sure if we did something trying to figure it out or if the plumber didn't install it correctly. He reinstalled it and now we know how to use it so all is good.
