Drain Stopper never works - Stopper Seal isn't tight
No matter how much I raise the drain stopper lever (yes it is very thin and angled -
I ensured the quartz counter top was fabricated to allow adequate room to pull up) the water drains from the sink. I'm very dissappointed. The faucet was installed by a seasoned, licenced plumber. The stopper seal isn't tight enough to hold the water in the sink. The sink is a Kohler so you'd think there wouldn't be an issue. Have had many Kohler products over the years and the quality has, sadly, declined.

Hint Widespread 1.2 gpm faucet
I love the look and feel of this faucet. The handles feel solid and substantial, and not cheap like many other faucets. I caution anyone buying a new faucet to make sure that they choose the proper water flow. These faucets come in three different versions, and I chose the one with the maximum flow (1.2 gpm). My sister bought a faucet that was only 0.5 gpm, and hardly any water came out of it.
I would have given this faucet five stars, but I hate the way the hot and cold water lines connect in a “Y”. It is a very hard connector to use, and you can see online that a lot of people report leaks after connecting their faucets. You think you have pushed the connector in far enough since you hear a “click”, but you really need to push it further until you hear a “snap”. This is very hard to do with arthritic hands! It is much easier to install on a new sink, before you have installed it. If you are working on an existing sink, it is hard to get enough leverage to snap the hoses into the “Y”. I also installed a single handle Hint faucet in another sink, and was very happy that that version doesn’t need a “Y” connector, so the install was much easier.

Matte Black Lift Rods Peel
Three Hint faucets. Every one of them paint peels off the wire lift rods after barely handling . No quality control whatsoever. My first and last Kohler product. Criminal crap.

Handles feel like plastic
I am disappointed with the handles of this faucet. Every time that I turn on one of the faucets I feel how cheap the lever feels - it is hollow and almost feels like it is made of plastic

Beautiful faucet!
I bought this for a bathroom renovation for our beach house. It is so sleek and beautiful. It is also durable and is holding up well to heavy renter use! Will be buying again this off season when we do another bath.

Kohler = Quality
Over the years, every time we had a choice between Kohler and another (good quality) product, we always chose Kohler because we knew it would outlast and perform better than any other. This faucet is another example!
