Poor design on water flow
This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. Please choose a different toilet for your needs as these are beyond frustrating.

Instruction Sucks!
There is no installation instruction for the this toilet.
I don't know where the water supply should be located.That is the basic!!
