Love the look but not the stopper
After less than two weeks the stopper would not stay down and keeps popping up! I hate to remove the entire faucet and stopper to return it so I guess I am stuck with buying another brand of stopper because don’t trust the Kohler brand now. I’ve seen other reviews concerning the same issue!

The design is beautiful however the pop up drain is not. It collects hair and debris in the grooves of the drain and causes a foul odor and needs to be cleaned out frequently.

Big NO to Kohler
Something is defective.
I bought this faucet to go with the Archer® Petite bathroom vanity cabinet, K-2449-F2, listed at CAD $1,833, as of today. https://www.kohler.ca/ca/archer-petite-bathroom-vanity-cabinet/productDetail/vanities/425697.htm. And Requires K-2358 Archer 24-Inch sink basin, $410.
It leaks.
A technician, supplied by Rona, paid for by me, has come to fix it twice and is ignoring me for the third call.
I will never buy Kohler products again.

Horrible water flow. Very poor design.
We have a K-R22477-4D. It has horrible water flow. After a while the aerator badly clogged. The only way to remove it is with needle nose pliers which also damages it. Kohler sent a replacement aerator #1307522 which made the flow even worse. Maybe 3 GPM at best. Horrible design with the rectangular aerator! The included 'popup drain cap' stopped staying down after a couple months. Very incomplete instructions on how to address the problem.

very poor water flow
This Maxton installed 1.5 years ago. Water flow was weak intially, but is now too low to be useful. I have seen others on the internet have issues with the flow restrictor in the 4" single piece faucet, but I have seen no solutions for this wide handle faucet. I would not suggest purchasing this faucet. It looks nice, but does miss the mark for being a water faucet.

Poor water pressure. Cheap internal components. Poor finish.
I installed three of these faucets recently to match other Kohler bathroom accessories and was immediately disappointed. Certainly these are quite attractive and elegant faucets with seemingly solid spout and handles. However, the pressure is dismal resulting in an unsatisfying and arguably unusable water stream; even after opening both valves fully. Also, the provided supply hoses appear to be made out of stiff plastic and are prone to kinks when bending during installation; once kinked the hoses don’t fully return to their original shape further reducing water flow. Lastly, the finish is susceptible to very noticeable water marks and the faucets are constantly looking unclean. Unless you are hooked by the looks, recommend looking elsewhere.
