Excellent product and purchase experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this directly from Kohler only because it was out of stock at the local home improvement store, but was surprised with the superior level of purchase experience when buying the item directly from Kohler. I was worried about the shipment of something this size and with it being glass. It came very well secured and padded in its own wooden crate. Installation seemed to be a bit complicated even for a handy person as I read the manual ahead of the delivery but then I found the informational videos in the website and YouTube and those helped out greatly. Overall the product build and quality are superb, I am truly happy with the value of this purchase.

Beautiful and smooth, but really short
I just had this door installed, and it's beautiful, but I wish it were taller. My tub is only 14" tall, and at 5'5", I can just barely step under the rail bar without ducking, with less than an inch of clearance. Anyone taller will have to stoop or hit their head. I wish there had been multiple height options.

Not what i was expecting
Bought these a few weeks ago and had them installed. First, they are installed as directed, but there is a puddle of water on the floor after showering. I believe the doors are backwards. But now, the handles are installed and the doors are not reversible. Also, the doors do not stay closed. They creep open during showering, having to keep closing them or put something to hold them in place. Not enough tension to hold them closed.

Beware will not work in most fiberglass tubs
Bought this and was aware the tub needed to be 3" wide. Check that was fine with my tub. I found nowhere that the side walls of the tub had to be a certain height. After mounting the side rails on the wall and drilling into the fiberglass tub. I find out that when the top brackets are attached that they are higher than my fiberglass tub surround and you cant use the factory mounting holes. I had to make it work because I now have 6 holes in my tub. Kohler if you want to replace my tub I will change my review.

Nice door, but doesn't seal out water all that well
I installed this door, and it seems quite nice. The only issue I have is that it leaves a relatively wide gap (about 1.5") between the glass panels, and where the glass meets the wall. I find that a fair bit of water is able to escape while my children bathe or shower. I have heeded the recommendation to have inside panel closest to the shower head, but a fair bit of water still gets out. Installation was a bit of a hassle, but I got it done in about 4 hours.
