poor construction
I love the look of this faucet but it is not functional. We had it installed as part of a kitchen remodel in March, 2024. It immediately began to leak out of the lower part of the spout. Kohler sent a new one but while waiting for that to arrive, the diffuser came flying into the sink while washing the dishes. It has screw threads but it cannot be reattached. The new faucet arrived and was installed a few weeks later. After one month of using it, the diffuser flew off into the sink again. I assume Kohler will give us a refund but I am certainly not going to get another Kohler faucet.

No comparison to other brands!
I replaced my kitchen sink faucet with this model a couple of years ago and, WOW! What a difference! It works so perfectly and smoothly; never a leak. I love the extra power of the sweep spray. I have a similar looking faucet in our lake house but it's a cheaper brand and has a lot of little problems. I am looking to replace it with this Kohler model.
I've replaced 5 different faucets now with Kohler and never had another problem. I wish I had invested the money in the first place!

Looks great. Leaks first use
We built a new home and had the chrome Kohler Artifact Chrome faucet installed. We are almost ready to move in. Hopefully June 2, 2022. I had it professionally installed. The leak is at the diverter above the sprayer connection. The sprayer does not leak but the faucet connection at the diverter under the sink is leaking. Looking into the details, I notice Kohler has discontinued this diverter (#1231733). I noticed they have replaced it with diverter (#1303712). Usually when a part gets discontinued so quickly it has to do with design. We paid lots of money for this faucet and love it’s looks. We haven’t got to use it yet as the home is not complete. What do I need to do to get this repaired?

This faucet nearly flooded our house
The connection between the faucet and the spray nozzle broke the first time we turned on the water and began flooding our kitchen. My wife noticed it when water started flooding our from under the sink. There is no way this faucet should be sold. It is too flimsy and cannot work.

Aerator has issues
We decided to upgrade our kitchen faucet with this model. It is very attractive and the sprayer with two settings is very good. Installation was straight forward except when it came to attaching the aerator. The aerator housing is made of metal and is a screw on device. The mating threads to the faucet are made of plastic and it is very easy to cross thread the aerator. Just the slightest misalignment causes the faucet to leak profusely from both the aerator junction and other joints. It took about half a dozen attempts to get it correctly installed. The damage caused to the plastic threads is unknown and I am concerned about ever having to clean out the aerator. A great improvement would be to have metal threads on both the facet and aerator.

Love the look of the faucet and like the two option sprayer.
I've had this faucet for 3 years and I really like it. The design is pretty and the two spray function is nice. Only issue I have is the sprayer comes easily unscrewed from the hose when it's used and then it leaks under the sink. So I have to remember to tighten it every now and then.
