5 Years and Faucet Still Going Strong
We installed this faucet 5 years ago, and it is still going strong. I thought it might be time to write a review. Just this past summer, the plastic piece on the pull-out sprayer broke. Kohler shipped another from the U.S. for free (plus they were very friendly and helpful on the phone, with identifying the part to be shipped). True, we had to wait a week and a half for the replacement part to arrive (the faucet was totally usable in the meantime), but at least it was only 1 issue in 5 years. We happen to live just a 5-minute drive away from a different MAJOR plumbing supplier, and it used to be fast to get their replacement parts, but I was over there every second year getting replacement parts. Their brand was not as reliable; this Kohler faucet has held up a lot better. I would recommend this brand and will purchase from them again, if ever needed.

Sleek and attractive-(but leaks)
Purchased our Alma faucet as part of our kitchen makeover. Worked great for 18 months or so, then started to leak at the "ball joint" connecting the tube to the spray head. R45350-SD-VS (Lowes item # 812728). How can I get a replacement hose? Thank you.

Seriously Disappointed
We bought the faucet, soap dispenser and a matching air gap. We also bought a matching faucet for the under sink RO system. The set up is pretty; however the spray feature cannot be used because it just spreads water everywhere. I do list of the dishes and used to love to use spray. Alas, no more. Please redesign the spray for reasonable sized sinks. Email: hi

Low water pressure after new install
Bought the Kohler Alma faucet to replace our Delta kitchen faucet. This is a nice faucet but the water pressure coming out of this faucet is too low. So low, almost unusable.

The faucet is good but the soap dispenser is junk
I've been using the faucet for a year. I like the spray feature, which makes a nice, pressurized blade of water. The soap dispenser apparently has a bad spring, because it will not pop back up. I've tried several times to clean it, and nothing helps.

Nice looking faucet but doesn’t last
I bought and installed this faucet 2 years ago and the valve is already broke. Can’t get hot water out of it. Needs a new valve. Not what I expected from a Kohler product. I installed and recommend their products to my remodeling clients but am now concerned about continuing.

Nice Faucet, Terrible Soap Dispenser Pump
I purchased this faucet back in May, 2020. I installed the faucet myself which was easy to do. The faucet is great but the pump for the soap dispenser is terrible. It started not to come back up over a month ago. I cleaned it out and it worked again for maybe a week. Now, it doesn’t work at all. I am going to remove it and cap the hole.

Faucet is sleek, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this faucet and had it professionalky installed. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use. The handle, when up, is cold water and pulled down is hot water. And, with a gentle push to the right, the water starts to flow. It is super handy to do when your hands are caked with stuff, you can push gently to the right to start upmthe faucet. I like the handle partly lowered to make it easy to slipmin and push the water on. Husband likes it up flush with the faucet.
It has a sprayer built into the faucet with two different sprays; one kind of a jet spray and the other a circular spray to cover a bit more area. There is an easy push button on the sprayer head to switch the spray options.
There is a soap dispenser available. I am not usre if I will use thait, as I have a hands free soap dispenser, and I don’t have to reach under cabinet to the corner, unscrew the jug, refill, and get bac under skin to try to rescrew the jug back on the dispenser.
It seems to have a bit of the lower flow for a water conservation, but it is still a nice faucet with decent water flow. I am pleased that I had the opportunity to try this Kohler faucet through TryItSampling and am pleasantly surprised
