Description
This Kobalt 24V Max mitre saw has a 40-tooth carbide tipped saw blade, a blade wrench, a dust bag, a safety clamp, and a retractable die-cast aluminum extensions. The powerful 6.0-amp ball bearing motor delivers 5100 RPM for molding and framing cuts. The sliding design allows for cross-cutting standard 2 in x 10 in lumber. Dual bevel to provide more flexibility in cuts. Miter cuts up to 45° left and 45° right with 10 positive stops are most used angles. Upfront bevel lock handle for accurate, convenient bevel angle adjustments. Maximum crosscut up to 2-in x 10-in (nominal) at 90° and 2-in x 10-in at 45°. Tool-less adjustable upfront mounted laser guide system projects accurate pre-cutting line for precise alignment. This product has a 5-year limited warranty.Tool only.

Does not cut square. Tried to adjust fence but still could get 100% square cuts. Holes in fence are to small where bolts secure the fence to the base. Had to drill out holes to make room to adjust the fence. Bolt heads now interfere so now I’ll have to grind bolt heads slightly to make room.

Great cordless saw... lots of speed/power
I have been waiting on this and another brand's cordless mitre to go on sale and pounced on this one when a good sale came up. Highly rated, and very fast saw speed. Was square out of the box. Advised using a 6amp hr battery but used the extended run 4amp with no issue. Uses an accurate shadowline. Lighter than most mitre saws and large top handle to carry and move. Will do most work with the sliding function and stock blade isn't bad so far!
