Stopped working, impossible to get replaced
I bought this less than 3 months ago and have used it 2 or 3 times. It now runs for about 15 seconds and then shuts down, even with a fully charged battery. You can feel a pulsing electrical current through the handle, so I think something is shorting out. I tried to have it replaced, but Rona is forcing me to return it to a store for a refund only since it's not in stock locally anymore.
