Description
Get the best results when cooking your favourite meals with this KitchenAid(R) 27" single wall oven! Even-Heat(TM) true convection system provides consistent heat and bake, while its unique bow-tie shaped design helps ensure that there are no burnt edges or undercooked centers. The temperature probe accurately measures the internal temperature of meats, poultry and casseroles without having to open the oven door. Moreover, a self-cleaning program uses high temperatures to remove food residues from oven cavities, which means that you only have to gently wipe at the end of the cleaning process to get a bright shine. The intuitive left-to-right display makes it easy to control all oven functions and includes a control lock feature which simplifies cleaning and prevents the appliance from being accidentally turned on. This white-finish oven comes with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labour.

I like touch gestures instead of knobs.

Should have bought the Frigidaire Gallery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting more from such a pricey appliance. Convection is slower cooking than regular oven. I don’t see browning like normal baking. You have to set temperature higher to get it to cook on temperature you want.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and had this thing installed some time ago. Although it came with INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, THERE WAS NO OWNERS MANUAL. Despite repeated attempts to contact Whirlpool/Kitchenaide by phone, I've found the wait times INTERMINABLE. I have yet to speak with a real person. In response to an e-mail, I got a substantially delayed e-mail response that my Owners Manual was on the way in the mail. Two weeks later, I have YET to get the Owners Manual. In comparison to the customer support for a CAFÉ brand oven I bought at the same time, the KitchenAide support is TERRIBLE. It's a lovely looking oven. But I have yet to use it.

We had a kitchenaid for 39 years and wanted to stay with the same brand.
It does a great job of baking and i wouldn't want any other kind.
