Disappointed-doesn't heat properly
I had this product installed in May 2023. It does not heat up to the designated temp. For example, the internal temp is only 275 when it says it's at the 350 set temp. It takes another 20-30 minutes to get to the designated temp. The oven is used infrequently. Disappointing that I have to pay for a service call and possibly parts, one month after the warranty expired.

Love the simplicity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven after our Original Double Oven from1999 failed . We have not been disappointed. My wife is easily intimidated with new technology and has had No problem whatsoever, figuring features out on this . We love it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the ovens. I would suggest that if you advertise it as a DOUBLE oven then it should be NOT two single ovens. I had to pay for 2 oven installations since it came in two pieces. Why don't you just joint the two into a true DOUBLE oven????

Adequate and works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we like the ovens. I say "ovens" because these are two identical ovens, not connected in any way. Two control panels, two clocks, etc. Our biggest complaint is that they are small. Smaller than the oven they replace. The way the ovens install, there is 5 inches of wasted space that could have been "oven". Our large cookie sheets don't fit. They cook beautifully, we like the WiFi feature and find it handy. To date I have found no way to calibrate the oven temperature but so far that hasn't been needed. Our house is an older home, so 24" is what fits. Only 4 available ovens in that size. I'm astounded at the price of these things.

READ reviews people! Size Matters!
Wish we had read the reviews before purchase. Similar to another review, we also had a 24" KitchenAid double wall oven. We loved it and when it died we replace it with KitchenAid again. Upon delivery/installation, we learned that this is two separate units and that the interior dimensions are drastically smaller. The interior space is compounded even more with the design of how the racks slide into the oven eating up another 1" to 1 1/2" on either side. We can not use our cookie sheets, our roasting pan, and some of our all clad pans. Very aggravating! We were so excited and now we really have a sour taste in our mouth. NOT a fan of the new design!
