Description
Make meals professionally using this KitchenAid commercial oven. It has a stainless steel finish that blends well with different kitchen styles. The built-in Wi-Fi connection lets you control the oven's functions from a smartphone. Regulate heat from the burners using the rotary knobs. This 6-burner gas oven has five high heat burners with two having 20,000 BTU and three with 15000 BTU for simmering and searing foods. Use the 5000 BTU burner on small pans and low-temperature cooking. The oven uses Even-Heat true convection system to ensure uniform cooking. It comes with three racks and one gliding roll-out track. You can adjust the convertible grates to three heights to suit your cooking technique. This freestanding gas oven is portable and can fit anywhere in the kitchen. It measures 36 in H x 36 in W x 30.25 in D and comes with a 1-year limited warranty for labour and parts.

Buzz when oven is on
When the oven exhaust fan kicks on there is an annoyingly loud buzzing sound that sometimes comes on and sometimes doesn't. Attempted twice to repair it using a professional repair service when it was under warranty including the addition of a kit that they sell apparently specifically for this defect. Did not work, although it doesn't seem to impact the function of the unit.

Love my range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the range. It is beautiful to work with. I have a few improvements to note:
The knobs are difficult to read in the evening. They are placed a little too far back to be seen easily.
The bottom rack which goes back on its own is moving too quickly back into place for me. I am hoping it will limber up with use.

Do like the features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the range, had a problem with the front corner burners not wanting to light, I contacted the warranty department and a tech was sent out and forms the gasket’s misaligned he fixed it and since it has worked good, also when replacing the oven lower gas orfice the instructions call to remove two bolts to remove the flame shield, I found that mine was welded together making it much harder to replace the nozzle with the required propane one.

Stay Away- defective product + poor customer serv.
Stay away at all costs! Looks nice but looks can be deceiving! If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased this range for our complete kitchen renovation along with a full line of KitchenAid products. Within the first month, the removable grate cracked into several pieces. I contacted KitchenAid for a replacement which they provided because I only had the product for 20 days. I have since needed to order several replacements because the grate continues to crack in the same place. If you search other reviews you will find the same issue time and time again with no resolution. After reaching out to KitchenAid, they basically said sorry, but too bad. The lack of customer service and refusal to stand by their overpriced product is disappointing. Once the appliances fail, which I am sure they will sooner rather than later, they will be the last KitchenAid products in my home.

Excellent range
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this range to replace our old one, which had worked hard for close to 25 years! So far, we are very happy with it. Everything heats beautifully and the oven is excellent.
My only complaint would be that the numbers/indicators on the dials, notably for the oven, are hard to see. The nice shiny metal is reflective, which augments the issue. I imagine this will get worse over time as the numbers wear down. It's too bad, because the other details and functionality seem to be well thought-out.

would not buy, oven cannot maintain temperature
We bought this oven as part of an extensive remodel of our home. The installation went smoothly but the range and oven have not worked well at all. I have had Kitchenaid technicians out twice to fix the range gas leak (burner was not aligned correctly originally; works better now). However the temperature in the oven swings wildly, especially after putting food in to bake once the oven has reached temperature; the temperature is not maintained during the baking cycle; the oven takes an inordinate amount of time to preheat.
The second appliance repair technician said he could not smell the gas leak, which I still can. He checked the temp at only 300 degrees first. I asked him to do it at 400 degrees as well. His monitor showed that the temp only swung 20 degrees in either direction. That has not been my experience; everything I have baked has taken twice as long to bake. The broiler was a joke- did not broil vegetables even after being at a high temp to start.
I am so disappointed. Other Kitchenaid appliances I have purchased have been fine. I wish I would have read reviews before buying this oven.
