Description

KitchenAid is a great brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently owned all Samsung products. They all failed within a couple years . I will never buy them again. I went back to KitchenAid one of my favorite appliances
I still have an old refrigerator that works great still.
I love my new refrigerator. The only difference I see from my old one is I feel the drawers are not as quality as my old model newer model has thinner plastic, the model is just looks and feels little cheaper quality but it functions great. I’m looking forward to having this appliance for many years.

interior is outdated
I like how this product feels and fits in the kitchen. The minimalistic design is nice, but the interior is outdated and doesn't compare to Korean models. It feels cheap and the drawers don't slide easily. The shelves are arranged in a very simple and non-ergonomic way. To make better use of the volume, I added an extra shelf on each side.

All good but watch out for frozen water line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful appliance but within 5 days it stopped dispensing water or making ice. The repair service was fantastic and they diagnosed the issue right away. That made me think it was a common problem. If the fridge is too cold or doesn't get opened often enough, the water reservoir in the back of the fridge will freeze. That stops water from flowing to the ice maker and water dispenser. We raised the fridge temp a couple degree and hopefully that ends the issue for good. Aside from that, we love the fridge.
