Very Disappointed
Within a month of installation the unit started making an odd noise and is clearly not working properly. I purchased this appliance at Rona however they essentially washed their hands of any responsibility. Simply referred me to the manufacturer. They sent a repair technician who couldn’t definitively diagnose the problem. So guessing at what it may be he intends to replace a couple of parts and hope for the best. Waiting now for parts. Doesn’t really give me much confidence. At this point my expectations are low.
I bought this microwave because it matched my KitchenAid range. At this point I would not recommend it. .

Popcorn sensor?

Love my Kitchen Aid

I replaced our Maytag microwave with this wonderful Kitchen Aid, because the Maytag, had some disabled parts, and was only 4 years old, but not worth fixing. Kitchen Aid has always been my favourite appliance. Everything is upgraded in comparison, from the door handle to all the features. Now I’m saving up to replace our Maytag stove to a Kitchen Aid.
