A bit disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is difficult to clean. The configuration of the burners aren’t convenient . The griddle in the middle cannot be used as a griddle because the heat cannot be regulated low enough. I as very excited about it, but unfortunately, I am disappointed in the actual functionality.

Control marking are not visiable.
I just started installing this unit and noticed that I can't see the markings for the controls.
I can only see them at a certain angle and lighting. Very faint.

Very good range of cooking options.

It works, but I’m disappointed.

Great look and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop looks and works great. I like the simmer and melt settings. The griddle works fine. My only issue is that the settings around the knobs are hard to read so until you use the cooktop a lot, it can be difficult to get the right settings. The light on the knobs is ice to know the burners are on.

Although I like that when the burner is in use, the knob are lighted, I don’t like that I can’t see the temperature etching control on the cook top. I am always needing to look under the pot to see the height of the flame. This is going to take some getting used too

Cooktop dimension and hookup change
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cooktop to replace an existing Kitchen Aid cooktop. The unit looks great but I am rating it 2 stars because the gas intake pipe and dimensions changed from the previous model causing me to return the unit.

Great but small issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our new cooktop a lot, but it has two small issues. The grate on top does not stay in alignment easily and the igniter ring around the burners discolored immediately. Everything else looks great and works well.
