Description
This customizable KitchenAid built-in refrigerator with customizable front panel and handles (both sold separately) provides a unique style for your kitchen while offering you plenty of space for storing your food! Its interior features 6 door bins, a temperature-controlled drawer, LED lighting and a refined satin finish. It has a Preserva food care system with independent cooling so temperatures stay optimized at all times. Produce preservers extend the freshness of fruits and vegetables, while the FreshFlow air filter minimizes odours. In addition, drawers are equipped with ball-bearing slides allowing effortless in-and-out movement, even when they are fully loaded. Glass shelves feature nano-etched edges and a finely textured surface that helps contain spilled liquids, maximizing space and making cleaning a lot easier. This appliance comes with the FIT limited guarantee, ensuring that the built-in refrigerator will fit perfectly with your existing cabinet cutout of a standard comparable built-in refrigerator model. Otherwise, KitchenAid will allocate up to $300 for a cabinet adjustment.

Poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality control. The evaporator is leaking water inside. Just is a sign of time maximizing profit over pride in craftsmanship. My first kitchen aid refrigerator that was replaced lasted 25 years. This is another Boeing story about American manufacturing. Trying to get it fixed.

Extraordinary space in refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 1 month ago to replace another KitchenAid refrigerator of the same dimensions (side by side with water/ice dispenser in freezer door), which was 20 years old. We like the large storage in the refrigerator and convenience of a freezer drawer. One issue we have is there is not water dispenser in the refrigerator, which is no big deal as we have reverse osmosis faucet in the sink. The refrigerator looks great with the oak panel doors to match our cabinetry that were installed. The unit seems to be commercial grade, which should imply a long life.

Over priced

Leak in the coolant system
We bought this fridge 6.5 yrs ago and have had various small problems (squeaky door hinges, doors not sealing shut, led lights stop working) since the beginning until about a month ago when the freezer stopped working followed by the fridge a week later. The diagnosis is a leak in the coolant system and we have been told that this part is not replaceable and our fridge is totaled.
The coolant system is under warranty however this model does not offer a replacement part and our request for a replacement fridge has not been approved, but rather 25% off a new fridge…is this reasonable?
This has been so stressful!!!

Interior Lights

Over priced Refrigerator for Quality
I have had my refrigerator for less than a year and a couple of bins have broken. And that is not the worst part but I can't find replacement parts. It disappointing what I have spent on this refrigerator and can't find these parts have only owned it for 8 months

Great Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchen Aid refrigerator and even though I never saw a floor sample, I'm very impressed with the new design. Unlike my first one, the motor of the new fridge is hardly audible. The interior lighting is another power saving feature, the lights turn from dim to
bright. The shelving and door built out give plenty of space as well as the freezer section.
