Description
This KitchenAid dishwasher with PrintShield(MC) finish and large flatware capacity features an advanced clean water wash system, flawlessly cleaning your dishes with each use. It uses microfiltration to continuously remove food particles during wash and rinse cycles. The FreeFlex(TM) third-level rack with double rotating jets can accommodate and clean 6" glasses, cups, prep bowls and baking tools. Two wash tubes with rotating jets reach every angle and ensure that every item in the rack is thoroughly clean. The washing option on the two upper baskets only means that you don't have to wait for a full load to clean a few items. An LED lighting system illuminates each side of the third-level rack for easy loading and unloading. ProDry(TM) optimized drying system uses a heating element and a fan that circulates hot air around dishes after wash and rinse cycles. Stainless steel model with towel bar.

- Fan-Enabled ProDry(TM) System combines a heating element and fan for optimal drying performance - It circulates hot air around dishes after the wash cycle to give them a thorough dry - To activate, select the ProDry(TM) Option or Extended ProDry(TM) Option
- Extended ProDry(TM) Option extends the ProDry(TM) Cycle time by 15 minutes for loads that need extra drying time
- Leak Detection System provides peace of mind with three levels of protection against potential sources of leaks
- FreeFlex(TM) Third Rack features rotating wash jets to clean items in the rack, a drying bar with tabs that help wick moisture off glasses and a removable utensil tray for cooking tools
- 44 dBA provides quiet cleaning without compromising performance, so there's no need to wait to run a wash cycle while entertaining and enjoying meals, even in open concept kitchens
- Advanced Clean Water Wash System uses microfiltration to continuously remove food particles during the wash and rinse cycles and circulates clean water to dishes in all three racks
- ProWash(TM) Cycle uses sensors to measure soil levels throughout the cycle and adapts wash time and water temperature as needed for tough messes or lighter loads, because no two meals or the dishes that result are exactly the same

The inability to dry dishes without using the heat cycle. We have always used this feature in the past and miss this power saving feature. Other than that, love my new appliance!!!!

Horrible and unreliable! Do not buy
This dishwasher is unreliable, after 11 months the dishwasher stop working. I called to make a warranty claim and kitchenaid sent out 800appliances to diagnose the problem, 1st tech stated it was the control panel after waiting 4 weeks for the part they replaced it only to say that wasn't the issue so they stated it was the control board. It's been over 2 months and I still have a dead dishwasher! I will never buy kitchenaid again.

Fantastic Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely thrilled with my new dishwasher. The technology just keeps getting better and better. The third shelf is a wonderful addition, the shelves tilt the coffee cups so that the bottoms are not filled with water when removed and the drying function operates flawlessly. It has a huge basket for silverware and is as quiet as a mouse. The only thing this machine doesn't do is clear the table after dinner.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very impressed. This dishwasher is quiet and cleans our dishes well. I love the third rack and how much capacity it gives the dishwasher. We often run out of dishes in our cupboards and have to run a load before it’s completely full. Dishes come out very dry and the interior light is a bonus.
