Customizable volume
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall a good microwave. Very wide but not very tall - fine for most items. Love that you can customize the volume of the notifications. A little on the low-powered side.

Gets the job done but ....
The major drawback is the glass plate/carousel come off balance quite frequently. Apparently the version I have is not stable and if a plate, mug or anything is not centered almost exactly, the glass plate tilts off the plastic ring. Almost a deal breaker but there's not a lot of choices given the typical opening left from older microwaves and current code.
The hood has decreased significantly in uptake - the smoke alarm will go off when I make bacon on the stove top now even when on the highest fan setting.

Installation Nightmare!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid for full installation on all four new appliances Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher, and Microwave. I was very disappointed when the delivery guy told me that they couldn't install any of the appliances. I ended up having them put in my garage and installing them all myself. The website is very misleading when I thought I was paying for installation which claims it included necessary parts etc. As for the appliances themselves very happy with all of them.

Microwave with powerful exhaust fan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose this over other low profile microwaves due to the 500 CFM Fan power. More powerful fan over another I looked at. Set the "done" alarm at loudest setting but still extremely quite-they need to change this for future models. Lots of buyers have also complained about the barely audible alarm. Also, wish wording on buttons was also engraved-others say wording wears off. Hope that doesn't happen! Like the look & has been working fine-installed about 1 month ago.
