I bought this Kitchenaid range a few months ago and I used it for a month. After three weeks of use the downdrafts started to make a lot of noise, so I called for a technicien appointement. The technicien came and saw that there was something wrong with the downdraft. He told me that he would call me to explain what was wrong, unfortunately he never called me and closed the file. So I decided to book another appointement he neved showed up, then I called the customer service which told me that the issue was fixed, which was not the case. So the customer service booked another appointement with this technicien once again he didn't show up, so I called again the customer service who told me it was fixed or it was an installation problem. So I asked the customer service what was the problem on the installation they couldn't tell me. Then the customer service told that if I wanted a technicien I would have to pay for the service. I am just speechless I work in logistics for retailers that have billions in sales, they would never treat a customer like that. So basically you pay for a suppose to be premium brand but you get a service from a no name brand. I understand the challenge of customer service, but maybe Kitchen Aid should do an assessment of their techniciens performance, there is a lack of communication and knowledge. When a technicien told customer service that there is an installation problem but he is unable to tell what's the installation issue, I guess there is a problem somewhere.

Can’t seem to figure out the different cooking options. When I purchased my old stove, I got a class and a cookbook with equivalents for cooking in regular oven and convection oven. User manual is not user friendly. I would rate higher if I could operate more effectively.
