Description
Satisfy your craving to create with this 48-inch KitchenAid® commercial style 6-burner rangetop. It has two 20,000 BTU Ultra Power(TM) dual-flame burners that let you sear, sauté, simmer and sizzle, and a 5,000 BTU burner to simmer sauces and melt delicate ingredients. The cooktop is also equipped with three-level convertible grates with removable inserts. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt, or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame. Additionally, three 15,000 BTU burners deliver the high heat you need for successful searing, sautéing, stir-frying and quickly bringing large stock pots to a rolling boil. Lastly, the cooktop has a chrome-infused electric griddle that provides quick preheating and precise temperature control. The smooth, recessed surface assists your technique, making it easy to flip even delicate foods, and provides plenty of room to cook for a crowd.

Great Performance

However the black coating on the black top is pealing off for some reason. We have arrange a schedule visit form the supplier and they should address it soon. Overall satisfactory.

Tons of burner space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with my new construction home. It works great and the griddle feature is fantastic. The only issue I have is that the knobs can easily be bumped and turned on, especially when having a party/event. I have learned that during such events to remove the knobs to avoid accidently turning the burners on.

Huge and Focal Piece in the Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had just moved into a older home and where needing to replace the older 48" stove top since it did not work properly so we went with this rangetop we are still in the process of getting new counter-tops so we have it sitting in the cabinet till we can install it. Even though the countertops are not done yet all the guest attention go straight to the rangetop and disregard the current remodel mess. it is built very well I was pleased with the rigidity of it.

No complaints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about 2 months ago; everything works well. Only complaint is regarding the griddle. I was really excited about the griddle but there are two minor issues. First, it doesn't heat evenly, hotter in the middle than the back/front. Also, there is a seam where the "walls" meet the cooking surface. The seam catches food and makes clean up a bit more of a pain. Otherwise, the burners are great, looks good (just huge).
