Description

I have sent email messages with no response...the day the refrigerator was delivered I tried to contact you to have the top trim panel replaced...I still have had no response.

Low quality door shelving
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door shelving is very low quality the plastic is sharp and if not careful you can cut yourself when removing for cleaning have complained about them to place i bought it but the new ones they sent were worse than what the original doors for the cost involved in this purchase there shouldn’t be any problems

Beautiful refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful frig. but would be much better if it actually fit. It is larger than the measurement for necessary space. The space I have is the right size but the refrigerator is not requiring alot of fitting at a great expense. I also ordered built in oven and cook top and had the same problem with them both larger than stated in the required specs. I have had to cut and alter cabinets and granite countertops and drywall. Make sure you have larger than stated openings and a qualified installer. The appliance company could not do the install so I have had to hire it done privately again very expensive installation after the cost of very expensive appliances.

Beautiful refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is beautiful and does everything I need it to do. I’m going to focus on the things I don’t like even though I have it rated at 4 stars - would have given 4.5 if allowed.
The doors close when you let go of them at about 90 degrees. When let go at, say, 60-90 degrees, they gather quite a bit of momentum and slam pretty hard. Had a customer service representative look and he made some calls and there’s nothing they can do about it. Living with it - best looking refrigerator out there and wouldn’t trade it for 2nd best looking with ideal door closure.
Interior drawers are roughly as wide as the French door they are in back of but you can’t open one door and open the drawer to access - gotta open both French doors. Too bad. Still wouldn’t trade though.

We were very aware of this seeing it was during the time when everything was on hold. We love our new one. Extremely spacious and the freezer holds so much. The style is sleek. We have looked at them all and found that KitchenAid was the best. We had a GE Profile before, but this is so much better!
