Good washer but with a flaw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good dishwasher with a design flaw. It washes dishes well and is very quiet when operating. The only issue is that a vent which is open under the control panel on the front, drops approximately a tablespoon or two of water upon opening the washer. Enough that it must be wiped up from the tile floor each time the washer is used.

Wish I had my old one back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After delivery by two guys who offered multiple reasons to not install it, even though I paid for installation, they left it in middle of kitchen. At 81 yrs old, it took me two days to install.
Dishwasher is the quietest I've ever known. The racks limit how the dishes are loaded so maybe that contributes to the excellent job of washing dishes. But the racks are uncomfortable to use. There is no good place to put stemware. I can't understand what the third rack is used for. Maybe some will put silverware on the third rack but why have a silverware basket. Ash trays? I don't smoke. The third rack on the upgraded unit is deeper and has a smarter arrangement of placement and might have been a better choice, or maybe I could have just got a .... never mind, I'm not gonna mention other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only run it twice. The first time my glasses came out very dewy. Had to dry them off. There was also a lot of water left puddling in the machine. The second time was better, but still puddling. Next time I will try the express wash and see if that makes a difference.

Efficient and quiet
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love how quiet the washer is and it cleans diches well. However, the amount of moisture left in washer after the cycle completes is worrying. The tops of cups need hand drying and the door is very wet.

Nice but

Nice but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher after my 15-year-old Ge Profile dishwasher needed to be replaced. It is easy to load and I like the upper third rack. The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans my dishes well but sometimes they are not completely dry even using the "extended heat dry" setting. When I open the door after the dishes are run, there is often a small puddle of water on the kitchen floor from the vent in the door of the dishwasher. Thankfully, I have tile and it is easy to clean up. I love the rinse-only setting and use it a couple of times a day when dishes are put in the unit. However, I do miss not having a china setting which is hard to find in a dishwasher these days.
