Convenience, less total counter space
We like a pot of coffee to share - still cheaper than pods. But sometimes we'd like a flavoured cup and on Saturdays when the whole family is here for dinner, the single serve side is perfect.

Too glitchy for the price point
We’ve had the coffee maker for about two weeks and we’ve used it almost daily. Except now we are already having issues with needing to trouble shoot and reset the machine? Seems to be a lot of trouble for the price point. This was supposed to be an “upgrade” to our Hamilton Beach dual coffee maker that lasted us for a number of years before the single brew started getting glitchy. Seems it would have been more worthwhile if we just tried to figure out what was going on with our old coffee maker compared to having to deal with issues with this product already. Overall not worth it.

This takes having a cup of coffee to a whole new l
I love my coffee maker, but am finding i really only use the single serving part, it is so convenient and if you buy the pods in bulk doesnt work out too expensive because you aren’t throwing out any coffee or drinking extra coffee just because it is there. If i could do it again i would buy the single-serve with the large reservoir and then have just a small inexpensive carafe coffee maker for when i have company.

The Duo is very useful and convenient. It gives the ability to make a pot or single mug without having to have two separate machines on the counter.

Dissatisfied
The product will not descale. The product plugs up and stops pumping descaled water and no longer produces coffee. We have purchased three of these coffee machines and they fail when descaling.

Unsatisfied.
We have purchased three Keurig single serve and carafe coffee makers in the last four months. The coffee makers initially purform well but during the descalling procedure each of the coffee makers stopped pumping descalled water during the cyle and stopped working. We descalled the third coffee maker after one week of use and it plugged up and stopped pumping during the descalling procedure. One week!
