I took the time to write from
Poor Design
The design is horrible. The tabs are a friction fit - so I went to take my cover panel off and the bar fell off and went down behind the wall - for a piece of plastic and metal bar this is an ineffectively designed and overpriced product.

Read the label and you will see that the access panel is made to cover an opening of 12x12 .

Wrong size
Although advertised as 12x12, this panel actually measures 14x14. So why o they advertise it online as being 12x12? Your guess is as good as mine! It really makes not sense to me.
