Description
This John Deere tractor mulching cover kit is designed to easily add mulching capability to your mower, eliminating the need for raking and disposing of grass clippings to save you time and effort. An environmentally friendly way to dispose of yard waste, the impact-resistant mulching cover is designed for use with John Deere 48" mower decks and fits John Deere tractor models D140, D160, Z245, Z255, Z355E (2016 and prior). John Deere® products are available and can only be sold via authorized dealers.
- To install, place the mulch cover over the opening in the mower deck and ensure the bottom lip of the cover is seated in the lip around the deck
- Fits E140, E150, E160; D140, D155, D160; Z245, Z425, Z255; Z355E (2016 and prior) - look for Edge(TM) on the mower deck; LA140-LA165
- Cover for mulching discharge on the John Deere 48-in mower deck
- Mulching eliminates the need for bagging, raking or disposing of grass clippings
