I bought this a year ago, unfortunately the unit fell with a wind even with the tank full and the base filed with sand as recommended, and the glass broke. As others have said, the glass can't be found nowhere and it's simple a waste of space and money. Nor Rona or the manufacture have any parts for this heater. To the trash it goes. Buy something more standard, better and probably for less money.

Beware! The glass can't be replaced and the item is very tippy. Better to buy something else.

Bolt it to the ground!
better batten this thing down with everything you have. A little wind and its laying flat with a pile of broken glass. And good luck getting replacement glass.

Now i have not one - but two (cuz we thought a pair on the deck would look fabulous) oversize paper weights....
Giving it two stars because when they did work they did look fabulous on the deck.... but alas should have purchased a different product.

Très hot !
J'ai acheté cet item en avril dernier (2021) et je suis très satisfaite. Il est placé dans une veranda avec 3 murs de moustiquaires. Il est donc plus facile d'y garder la chaleur par temps plus frisquet.
