I initially thought these would have the best airflow because they had two adjustable openings. After installation, I was saddened by the loud humming they made when both vents were open. It was NOT subtle. The only way to stop the noise was to either close the outer or inner damper. These also looked cheap because of the plastic flashing on all of the edges. I had to file them all smooth. The inner disk also has a round dimple in it where the plastic was formed, not smooth like in the photo. I had to purchase these sight unseen due to covid. I'm going to return and replace it with a single diffuser. Save yourself the hassle.
