Bad customer service.
Bought 2 of these fans online for bedrooms.
Installation was easy enough.
But that’s where that ended. I see now others are having the same issues. Flickering lights and bad receivers.
I contacted customer service and then they stopped replying.
I even tried to start a new ticket with them. NO REPLIES.
So now I have fans that flicker on and off randomly during use. Great!
