If I am not using the CO alarm can the unit be mounted 60" from floor

It is primarily a ventilation unit that can detect and measure the presence of carbon monoxide. However, it is in no way an alert system for the presence of carbon monoxide and CANNOT in any way replace an alert system!

I have a 2.5 car garage (size) about 380-400sf, will this fan suffice ? What is the cfm ?
It's a gimmick. Don't waste your money. It's a fan with some LED lights that doesn't sense anything.

bathroom fan would work as well and cost 400 dollars less
