Waste of time and money
This vacuum has been nothing but stress and issues. Handle broke so I had to try and glue it. The belt jammed 3 times. Had to take it in fpr repair. Now the vacuum won't even turn on. I've had it for less than a year. I've had vacuums half this price that lasted 6 years.

Really disappointing experience with Hoovers
This is my second Hoover that has just stopped working within around 2 years, then of course the product is discontinued, no replacement parts so you're left having to get a whole new vacuum. These are not budget units and should be lasting longer. Unfortunately I will not be buying another Hoover vacuum cleaner for this reason. I don't even have a pet and this supposedly superior pet vacuum didn't last.

Pros & Cons of this Hoover
Pro/this vacuum is the BEAST at working on getting floors cleaned and will keep up with you! Hoovers Automatically come with a 5year warranty I love my Hoovers and would not recommend any other vacuum but, I keep mine well maintained on a weekly basis. Con/the vacuum hose has a plastic piece on the handle that will break easily, the hose with break easily, on either end, I have gone through my fair share of Hoover vacuums because of defective parts....

Do NOT purchase!!
I have used Hoover vacuums for many years. This is by far THE WORST vacuum ever. The furniture attachment does not work. While the motor gives good suction, the hose is so stiff and tight it is impossible to use the attachments without the entire vacuum tipping over. This machine is very dangerous on any stairs. Worst purchase ever!!!

Don't buy great till it breaks
THis is the second one that ceased working. I bought the pet vacuum as I have a large dog. both vacuums broke after just a few months of use the just stopped picking things up. !! They work great till they break!!!
