Do not buy this machine, waste of money
Just as the others have said in the lower reviews, this machine stops working over a few uses, sprayer quit, and leaks the solution all over the floor from the bottom of the machine.

I would not buy this product again
I tried to use it and one time the solution just leaked out the bottom. The spray function on the unit does not spray. I ended up just pouring the solution on the spot and sucking it up with the machine.

I won't buy this again
I bought this a couple years ago because it was my only option at the time. It does a good job of sucking up dog urine from my carpet and fits nicely under the sink. Drawbacks: The solution container cannot be kept in place on the machine when not in use because the solution leaks out. The machine is lightweight and easily tips over which ends up spilling whatever you have sucked up and also spills the solution. The solution is expensive and does not totally remove the stench in the carpet from the urine. I have washed the spot multiple times and I can still smell it. I won't buy this again.

the PowerDash Go Cleaning spray mishaps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction, and the package size of the the PowerDash Go machine is great, BUT the spray system for the carpet cleaning formula is not very good. the first time I used the PowerDash Go, the spray would not turn on, and then suddenly it started spraying and would not turn off; the entire container of cleaning formula sprayed out. second time I used the PowerDash Go, it worked better, but the starting and stopping button is awkward and not very responsive.

Terrible
Had high hopes made in usa , out of the box it failed to work properly . Upon connection of the spray , filling tank it refused to spray properly, Or even shut the spray off . The connection leaks and the suction is so weak if you lift the Cleaning head it will dribble dirty water everywhere. I am going to contact Hoover as what to do, return for competitors product or exchange through Hoover . As per other reviews I've seen I'm think more of just returning it . Who's in charge of quality control ? ?

No surprise that it's a Hoover!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fortunately, I purchased this product and received it a few days before my French Bulldog puppy arrived. It has been a blessing allowing me to quickly clean up Maisel's messes. I recommend the Hoover premixed cleaning formula. It's pricey but well worth knowing that there are no lingering stains/odors. In fact, I was even able to remove some very old stains from my carpet.

Malfunctions, not made well- would not purchase again
After many online reviews and searches for a good hand held spot machine- I chose this model. As a pet owner I was very eager to get started spot cleaning. Upon my first use with the machine the trigger would not spray, or recoil if you will, like the spring in the trigger is broken or malfunctions, and causes it to just constantly leak. Due to this I was unable to successful spot clean my new couch, and it caused large spots/rings on the couch. Very disappointed in this hand held, this has not been my experience with the full size rug cleaner- definite let down.
