Description
This smart Honeywell thermostat with touchscreen will bring you comfort and peace of mind at home. Simple to install, it fits near your heating and cooling system. It features a unique temperature adjustment system, offering a flexible 7-day scheduling or location-based temperature control. A downloadable application on your smartphone or tablet provides you with direct notifications reminding you to make filter changes and warning you of significant temperature fluctuations. In the event of a significant temperature change, the device can automatically change from heating to cooling mode. In addition, the thermostat has custom fan settings to circulate more or less air, not to mention that it can evaluate the average duration of your home's heating and cooling cycles in order to reach the optimal temperature for your home. Good thermostat... could offer more...
I purchased this thermostat for a new system. I ended up using it on a different unit because it could not accept a remote sensor. If that is key, the T7 is the right choice.
Love that online app control is INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. This is the single reason I went with this brand. No monthly fees.

Smart thermostat
System works great but I don't like my temperature change because of power supply issue. I'm disabled and when my wife is not home I can't always get up to change it. You and the power company raise my settings of 74° to 79°. I have solar so my power consumption is low.

Great product for a great value
Very happy so far with my new Honeywell thermostat. Had to replace my Google nest because my new AC was not compatible. The T5 has a real user friendly app on my phone with many other options and products that I can add down the road.
