How to connect wifi
Hi Deb, this model requires the app to configure the system settings and connect to wifi, please see the following direction.
1. Download the Resideo smart home app.
2. Create an account and login.
3. Press the + button on the bottom of the app.
4. Select the smart round.
5. Follow prompts to complete registration.

The thermostat was installed professionally along with a brand new two stage H.E. Furnace. It seemed to work OK,the last 3 months. But now it is freezing on me, it turns itself to "off" mode meaning no heat. I woke up this Morning in a 14 C deg house. The unit was frozen and i had to use the app to turn the thermostat back to "heat" mode. so my furnace would turn on. Customer support has been useless.
