Re: the HomCom White Composite Base with Rubberwood Wood Top Kitchen Cart (15.5-in x 26-in x 34-in) Are the towel bar and the casters removable? This unit would be perfect if so, as the spot we need it for is 24” wide, and 30” is the ideal height.
